Doting Aunt Syndrome

Symptoms:

1. An unquenchable need to take pictures of your niece/nephew every time they are within walking distance.


2. Lack of productivity, usually as a result of long periods of time spent grinning over the pictures that you took of your niece/nephew.


3. The sudden inability to pronounce the phonic sounds for the letters “L”, “TH”, and occasionally “T” when speaking to your niece/nephew, e.g. “Wook at da iddy biddy widdle cutie pie!”.
 
4. Having your niece/nephew’s picture plastered all over your phone, your computer, your refridgerator, and your blog, because who doesn’t want to see pictures of the cutest baby on the planet?  I mean, really…
