Ben & Bridgette

I’ve known Bridgette since we were both little munchkins in Sunday School. So when she asked me if I would photograph her wedding reception, first I did a little excited wiggle in my desk chair, and then I said yes.

I must say, this couple really knew how to work the camera.

One of my favorite things about this reception was the cake. I have yet to see a wedding cake that better reflected the bride’s style and personality. I think fun and colorful describes Bridgette perfectly!

And tasty? Oh my word, that cake was like heaven with icing. I helped my husband eat his piece. Because I’m such a kind soul and all.
