Yes, folks, this was not only a family photo session but a pregnancy reveal too!! I was so stinkin’ excited when Carrie told me they were expecting their fourth sweet baby. And when she asked if I would be a part of the revealing of their big news I said “heck yes I will!!!”

Mom and dad kept the secret from the three boys… right up until I shot this photo…

Carrie: Boys, guess what? I’m going to have a baby!!

Boys: . . . . . .

What?

No you’re not!

Nu-uh, mom! Stop teasing!!

Carrie: Yes, I am! Joey’s going to be a big brother!!

Boys: You aren’t pregnant! How do you know? Have you been to the doctor?

Needless to say, I was dying laughing. They would. not. believe her! 🙂 Thankfully, I had my camera close enough to my face to snag this candid shot… about 30 minutes later when the news finally sunk in.

Three very happy, very excited big brothers. That is going to be one blessed little baby.
