Just kidding! I mean, I’m not kidding about the cute part, just about that being the end. How could that be the end when I have so much to say about this engagement mega-session?!?
Jason and Emily are two lawyers who met at law school and fell in love. Jason also happens to be my cousin, which means Emily is my soon-to-be cousin/cousin in-law/whatever you call that family relation. :o) Anyway, they asked me to take their engagement photos back at the beginning of the summer so I have been looking forward to their session for months. We tossed a few location ideas around and they decided that they wanted their photos taken around downtown Columbia. I said, “Great”! Then they suggested meeting late enough in the evening to get some twilight photos with the city lights. I said, “Fabulous”! Then… then… they asked if they could tack on a second session at a different location. The location that they chose? The beautiful and picturesque Fairfield County Courthouse… to play up the whole lawyer-meets-lawyer-and-falls-in-love theme. First I said, “Awww” and then “Yes, Please”!!
Because we shot at two different locations, and because there are way too many favorites for me to pick from, I’ve decided that this is going to have to be a two part sneak peek. Part 1 is my favorites from downtown Columbia… and you’ll just have to come back tomorrow for Part 2 and all of it’s fabulousness!
